All sales once paid are considered final. We also do not issue refunds. If there was a mistake on our part, just let us know and we will happily replace your order for you and with freebies too at no extra charge! 

 Since we use 3rd party courier services such as J&T Express and LBC Express, we are not liable for any delays in transit especially during peak seasons. Our shipping estimates are based on the courier's estimated transit times so we are asking for your patience if you experience delays since it is out of our hands once we ship out your order. 

Creative Corner usually sends the layouts of your orders for your approval within 48 hours after payment. Once we receive a go signal from the client, we automatically put the designs into production. You are allowed to revise the layouts pre-approval, but once it has been placed into queue for production, revisions will not be accepted.
